A scream formed inside of her
As the ghosts ahead began to stir
The nightmares she had were all for real
She felt like she was turning inside a wheel
She suffered a throbbing pain inside her chest
As she looked upon that mountain’s crest
She saw the moon alongside the sun
Like old friends who just met to have some fun
The northern wind ran along with the southern one
But in her life, nothing was done
That scream left her lip
It sailed through her years on a golden ship
It carried with it her lost world
And left behind the legends which were told
The memories are painful
The haze further on is stressful
In her head, a new story would unfold
Of a girl too cowardly, yet too bold
Sleepless, she continues her journey
In search of a devotion that left her hungry
She would gather the starlight
And sprinkle it on the unbearable fight
She would struggle no more
She would be rich in emotion instead of poor
She would stand up and mend her faults
She would treasure her secrets in iron vaults
And make your door her final destination
And knock on it without any hesitation
For she has earned her welcome
And now she knows she is home
